Shipping Policy

Product will be delivered as per customer ordered date.

The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided in the order received by Bloomingflowerz (Benchmark International). In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by Bloomingflowerz (Benchmark International). The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:

  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable.
  • Recipient refused the products.
  • Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighborhood.

Bloomingflowerz (Benchmark International) cannot commit sharp/exact time for delivery in fix time delivery option. The order will be delivered +30 or -30 minutes as per selected time.

While placing an order to deliver in hotel ,please provide us the following information :

  • Full address of the hotel.
  • Room No.
  • Telephone number of the hotel.
  • Name of Tour company, if applicable.
  • Name of the recipient with phone number.

If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
If there is no one available at the shipping addresses (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery in the hotel, the order will assumed delivered. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, Bloomingflowerz (Benchmark International) may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessability of our delivery team to the recipient. However, Bloomingflowerz (Benchmark International) will ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible Bloomingflowerz (Benchmark International) shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.

For internatonal delivery:

  • Orders should be placed 48 (forty eight) hours prior to the delivery date.
  • Timely deliveries are not committed.
  • No deliveries shall be made on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • For Countries in UAE and other Islamic countries, no deliveries shall be made on Friday.
  • Delivery status will be available after 48 (forty eight) hours of delivery.
  • Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
  • Bloomingflowerz (Benchmark International) will attempt delivery only ONCE and in case the house/delivery location
  • is locked or recipient refuses to take the delivery, the delivery shall be deemed to have been made.

  • In case the recipient is unavailable at the given address, Bloomingflowerz (Benchmark International) will leave the product at the doorstep / with a neighbor / leave a door tag /leave a voice message and the delivery will be
    deemed to have been made by Bloomingflowerz (Benchmark International).
  • If due to non-availability of the ordered product, the delivering outlet may without notice, substitute flowers,container or accessories of a similar value, brand and repute.
  • Delivery delayed due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or act of terror shall not become a cause for a refund or replacement under any circumstances.

In using the Bloomingflowerz.com shopping service, you (The User) are deemed to have accepted the Shipping policy listed above. Bloomingflowerz.com reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these policies at any time.
